Cooking Momos

Steamers are the best way to cook Momos. Do not thaw frozen Momos. Apply oil on the surface of the steamers to avoid sticking. Alternatively, you can place vegetable leaves such as cabbage.


Cook our frozen beef and chicken Momos for 12 to 15 minutes in steamers. Cook our frozen Veggie and Vegan Momos for 10 to 12 minutes. If steamer has multiple stacks, ensure each stack gets equal amounts of cooking time. Our sauces can be served warmed or chilled.
